All accounts over 30 days will be treated as C.O.D. until account is current.

Pallet Deposit:
When sod is loaded on pallets, a $15.00 refundable deposit will be charged for each pallet. Refund will be given when pallet is returned to our office. Please call Batavia Turf for a pallet drop-off site near you.
Tube Deposit:
$10.00 refundable deposit for each big roll tube returned to our office. Please call Batavia Turf for a pallet drop-off site near you.
Sales Tax:
Charged on all sales unless exempt certificate is on file in our office.
When Ordering:
- Measure the area accurately (length X width) and add 2-3% to allow for trimming around trees etc.
- Multiply square feet by square foot price to determine cost of sod.
- Have clear directions ready from nearest major highway.
- 3-5 days advance order for delivery recommended. 24 hour notice for pickups.
